Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on Monday to Friday and from 07:00 to 10:30 on Saturday and Sunday. A wonderful time to enjoy in the restaurant room or in summer, on one of the two terraces of 5 Terres Hotel & Spa MGallery Hotel Collection in Barr. A 5-star breakfast in the Bas-Rhin, as tasty as it is balanced. For you, a selection of fresh, seasonal and local products tasty and healthy, carefully selected from producers in the region.
For breakfast in your room, simply hang your sign before 3:00 am or dial 430.

Our restaurant La Table du 5
Open to hotel guests and local residents, La Table du 5 offers, at lunchtime and in the evening, an elegant and gourmet cuisine made with fresh and local products by Chef Thomas Koehren and his brigade.
Perfect match between food and wine, our sommelier highlights winemakers from the region while pre-judging wines created in sustainable agriculture. On sunny days, enjoy our terrace and its view of the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, whose main building is a listed historic monument.

Saturday from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.
Closed on Sunday and Monday all day, noon on Saturday.

La Cave à Vins du 5 Terres, more than 1000 wines and 10 000 bottles
Our wine list highlights a local, precious and subtle selection of organic, natural, biodynamic wines, or simply in sustainable agriculture. You will discover wines whose flavors are both familiar and unexpected . Always harvested with respect for the land, and with production methods dear to this wine terroir. Because good tasting is a fundamental quest, this wine list is also open to wines from other regions by privileging the Organic, Natural or Biodynamic certification.

Our commitment

We limit and sort waste 

• We work with a majority of products in bulk or large packaging to limit unnecessary packaging;
• We do not offer any disposable dishes and provide guests with dishes (glass and ceramic cups) for their stay. We strive to provide you with a sustainable diet
• We offer meat-free meals, seasonal and local products and adapt to specific diets;
• The menus of our restaurant offers organic and/ or fair trade products.
• In the rooms, we use home products of the French brand Gemology.
• The packaging of these products is made from cane sugar as an alternative to plastics. Its unique properties are based on an ecological material. They are recyclable, bio-based, biodegradable and compostable.
• Our duvets are made of natural fibers, the maintenance of rooms is carried out with ecological products.
• For disinfection and cleaning, we opted for the Vapodil system: an ecological and efficient steam cleaning system.

• Our green spaces are maintained without pesticides and we use alternative methods to products to control weeds and insects;
• We partner with local resources and donate our old equipment/furniture;
• We have removed the water bottles and use filtered water directly on site;
