A wonderful time to enjoy in the restaurant room or in summer, on one of the two terraces of 5 Terres Hotel & Spa MGallery Hotel Collection in Barr. A 5-star breakfast in the Bas-Rhin, as tasty as it is balanced. For you, a selection of fresh, seasonal and local products tasty and healthy, carefully selected from producers in the region.

Joël, Küchenchef, schöpft aus seinen Wurzeln und seinem mit Sternen ausgezeichneten Werdegang, um die Reinheit des Terroirs mit Präzision und Feingefühl zur Geltung zu bringen. An seiner Seite entwickelt Thomas, Executive Chef, eine feinsinnige Kreativität und eine gemeinsame Strenge, die jedem Gericht eine zugleich präzise und inspirierte Dimension verleiht. Unser Ansatz gründet auf einer tiefen Überzeugung: das Wesen des Produkts sichtbar zu machen, der Natur zuzuhören, unsere Produzenten zu ehren und durch jedes Geschmackserlebnis eine aufrichtige Emotion zu vermitteln.

Außergewöhnliche Weine

Unter den gewölbten Steindecken der La Table du 5 in Barr verbirgt sich ein wahrer Schatz: ein außergewöhnlicher Weinkeller mit nahezu 10.000 Flaschen und über 1.000 Referenzen.

An der Spitze dieses önologischen Erbes steht Michaël Wagner, Restaurantleiter und Chef-Sommelier des Hauses, ausgezeichnet mit dem Gault&Millau „Trophée Accueil 2024“. Mit Leidenschaft und höchsten Ansprüchen stellt er eine Weinkarte zusammen, die große Namen mit mutigen Entdeckungen verbindet und sowohl biologische, biodynamische und natürliche Weine als auch die ikonischen Cuvées der renommiertesten französischen Weingüter in den Mittelpunkt stellt.

Geleitet von anerkanntem Fachwissen und einer engagierten Vision der Sommellerie versteht er sich als Vermittler von Emotionen. Jede Verkostung wird so zu einer Begegnung – einer Reise durch die Terroirs –, getragen von einer Auswahl an Winzern, die einen verantwortungsvollen und nachhaltigen Ansatz im Weinbau teilen.

Our commitment

We limit and sort waste 

• We work with a majority of products in bulk or large packaging to limit unnecessary packaging;
• We do not offer any disposable dishes and provide guests with dishes (glass and ceramic cups) for their stay. We strive to provide you with a sustainable diet
• We offer meat-free meals, seasonal and local products and adapt to specific diets;
• The menus of our restaurant offers organic and/ or fair trade products.
• In the rooms, we use home products of the French brand Gemology.
• The packaging of these products is made from cane sugar as an alternative to plastics. Its unique properties are based on an ecological material. They are recyclable, bio-based, biodegradable and compostable.
• Our duvets are made of natural fibers, the maintenance of rooms is carried out with ecological products.
• For disinfection and cleaning, we opted for the Vapodil system: an ecological and efficient steam cleaning system.

• Our green spaces are maintained without pesticides and we use alternative methods to products to control weeds and insects;
• We partner with local resources and donate our old equipment/furniture;
• We have removed the water bottles and use filtered water directly on site;
